Location-wise, this hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of town on a quiet side street, just off the main square. It's ideal for exploring the city, with the Puccini museum close by. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing a good place to rest after a day of sightseeing. the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any needs. the only downside was the small breakfast selection, but with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, it wasn't a major issue.

Stayed in a room with big firm beds that overlooked the street and it was perfect. The location is great for exploring the medieval center of this walled historic city. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with fresh pastries and delicious coffee.

They were always spotless and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations and ensuring that we had everything we needed.

I particularly loved my room which overlooked the bustling street below, and the bathroom was clean with all the essentials. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent breakfast provided by the hotel. The freshly made coffee, bread, jams, and sweet treats were a delightful way to start each day.

This hotel is a hidden gem! It's tucked away on a charming side street just off the central church square in the medieval center of this walled historic city. It's great to have the charming San Michele square just next to you, it gives the area a lively and lovely atmosphere. the room is attractive and clean with well-working bathroom facilities. Friendly and helpful service that can advise you about the sights in the area. Breakfast is very much appreciated.

The stairs were rather steep and challenging.

Great location and convenient to many major sights and eateries. Central location right off a beautiful square and striking white church. Bed was comfortable and clean.

The hotel was noisy, making it impossible to sleep due to loud street noise and other distracting sounds. the room was not very charming and lacked frills.

The hotel is wonderfully decorated with pictures of Puccini and historical pictures of the city. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. the location is perfect, just around the corner from two squares. It's a simple yet reasonably priced hotel.
